Advisory Board

Dr. Ricky Ge is a licensed physical therapist in California. His expertise includes geriatrics, orthopedic, sports, vestibular & concussion physical therapy. Dr. Ge is also a versatile tech product leader with experiences of zero to one to 1M users' products. Dr. Ge is currently serving as Director of Rehab in a community hospital in the city of San Francisco.

Patricia, a UK-trained Nurse and Midwife, is the Owner and Managing Geriatric Care Manager of Maxwell’s Senior Care Services LLC.  Her business provides management and oversight for the care of elders, serving clients in San Mateo and Northern Santa Clara County.  She and her staff of RN’s and Care Managers are trained to deal with a wide variety of senior care issues ranging from Dementia and Alzheimer’s to socialization and residence transition.  Patricia has been a Rotarian for over 23-years, is a past Board Member, and has successfully organized and chaired a number of community outreach and education events.   She is also the Founding Member and Board Member of the Foster City Village, and serves as Program Chair for the Senior Roundtable of San Mateo County.

Lauren Mayer is a songwriter, entertainer, and teaching artist who has always loved dancing and has studied tap, jazz, musical theater and ballroom. She has taught tap dancing for all ages at various studios, including special classes for seniors at the San Carlos Community Center, and she currently teaches 'senior-friendly' tap classes at ODC.

Dr. Vibha Pathak is a licensed occupational therapist in California. Her expertise includes movement-based mindfulness, sensory processing and motor skills. Dr. Pathak has worked primarily with children and young adults and has a passion for the elderly. She is currently serving as a clinical program manager at a non-profit in the peninsula.

Sebastian Le graduated from the University of San Francisco majoring in Business Management with a minor in Dance. He is a contemporary dancer, and worked with Liv Schaffer and Dazaun Soleyn on an interactive quartet with Adia Millett’s quilted sculpture piece, “Quilted Ancestors”. In early 2024, he danced in Lenora Lee’s In Visibility and Convergent Waves: EP. He also danced with dNaga in “Unbound” during the later parts of 2024. Currently he is a member of the USF intergenerational dance company, Dance Generators, directed by Liv Schaffer.

Zoë-Elise Quon is a dancer, arts administrator, and stage manager based in Oakland. She currently works with the Dance Generators with Liv Schaffer, an intergenerational dance group housed at the University of San Francisco. She has a B.A. in Performing Arts and Social Justice with a concentration in dance and a minor in Critical Diversity Studies at USF. She is curious about how movement facilitates intergenerational connection and how grief & joy coexist in the body.
